Ride Coordinator

ITNTwinCities strives to enhance the independence of older adults and adults with low vision through innovative mobility services and transportation partnerships in their communities. Our mission is to provide a volunteer-based, quality transportation service that is consumer-oriented, community supported and economically viable.

Primary Duties

The primary responsibility of the Ride Coordinator is to accurately manage ride information and rides. His/her responsibilities include scheduling telephoned rides from customers, accounting for all daily manifests, assigning rides to drivers and communicating with them during their shift. He/she is responsible for developing and maintaining a good working relationship and rapport with volunteer drivers and members.

Experience

Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to speak and write clearly. Must have a valid driver's license, three years driving experience with no unexplained moving violations within the last three years. Must have familiarity with computers.
